my st1x have not had a single error after updating to SUI FW 4.2.3.8 incl. battery update .
before updating insaw many errors in connection to charging.

stromer replied from the 'info' mail address - and pushed hte new software to my STX1

already wrote a messenger note from facebook, giving them acfewcdays to respond

again my stx1 does not receive the latest software update - since last time the dealer 'hellorider' closed down in denmark.
who to contact to get this problem fixed?

a sequence holding and turning on the bike?

contacted the dealer - that pushed stromer i assume - after a few days the new version asked me to update

today my st1x recieved software version 4.2.2.1 and looks promissing
now can i again manage my bike from the iphone app
